Solid Opportunities for Advancement and Retention (S.O.A.R.) ULGC’s most recent enhancement to workforce development program was created to assist the unemployed, underemployed, veteran and ex-offender. Participants attend a three week program that meets Monday through Thursday, 9AM to 4PM to simulate an actual job. Program components include: Resume Development, Career Exploration, Self-Exploration, Effective Communication, Conflict Management, Business Etiquette, Employment Readiness, and Career Placement.
