PRC Services are provided as emergency assistance to income eligible households. Households must meet the monthly gross income requirements for the services/programs for which they are applying and the household must include a minor child. Verifications of household income, residence and need must be documented. Need must be established by requested documentation Contingency Services for rental deposit assistance. Assistance may be provided once in a twelve month period.
