Signature Health’s team in Ashtabula cares for both children and adults. We offer mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, pharmacy, and sexual and reproductive health services—through in-person and telehealth appointments. Several counseling groups are available to meet patients’ needs. To establish mental health or addiction recovery care, patients complete a 90-minute assessment to determine appropriate services. These appointments are typically scheduled in advance, or we offer some walk-in slots Monday through Friday.
