All apartments are non-smoking. Eligibility criteria is near elderly (50 or older) or disabled (meet the HUD definition of disabled), applicants must qualify under the income limits (gross annual income vs. per person income limit), must pass background screening, tenant screening and provide landlord references. The cost of rent includes all utilities. Rent is determined by the greater of 30% of a participant's adjusted monthly income or 10% of a participant's monthly income.
