The Harbor team believes that individuals with mental illness deserve the highest quality care. To achieve such, we work together to provide effective and culturally appropriate mental health services and supports to all customers.Harbor offers two 24/7 residential treatment programs in Lucas and Wood Counties offering services to women ages 18 and up who are struggling with alcohol and drug addictions.Walk-In assessments Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
