Crossroads Health employs 300 people to provide a continuum of integrated health services for all people, at all ages and stages of life, to better serve Northeast Ohio communities—no matter an individual’s ability to pay. We are committed to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based services that change lives and impact communities. Crossroads Health is the only Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Lake County.
