Eagle Healthworks is an outpatient addiction clinic. We provide assessment, diagnosis, evaluation/follow-up, counseling, case management, peer recovery support, medication assisted treatment, lab/nursing services, and community referrals. We treat Hepatitis-C and gambling disorder as well.
